The Boxy Discord bot is provided as-is. By using the bot on your server you agree to Discord's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any actions taken as a result of bot commands. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke bot access at any time.

All COTOTF content — including characters, episode footage, artwork, and assets — is owned by toadguy345. Fan content is welcome but must not be used for commercial purposes or presented as official. Do not reupload full episodes without permission.

You agree not to: harass other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, distribute malware or malicious code, scrape or crawl the site without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

COTOTF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of any feature. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or its services.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
