When you create an account we collect your username, email address, and a hashed version of your password. If you sign in with Google or Discord we receive your email and display name from those services — we never see your password. We also log your IP address on login and registration for security purposes.

Your data is used solely to operate the site — authenticating you, recording your votes, and letting you participate in COTOTF features. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with any third parties. IP addresses are only accessible to site owners for security and abuse prevention.

Your vote choices are stored linked to your account for the duration of each episode's voting period. Vote totals are visible to site admins and owners. Individual vote choices are not publicly displayed.

The Boxy Discord bot processes messages in servers where it is installed. It does not store message content beyond what is required for active commands. Economy and user data stored by the bot is tied to your Discord user ID.

We use Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure. If you sign in with Google or Discord, their respective privacy policies also apply. We embed YouTube videos which may set cookies from Google. We do not use advertising networks or analytics platforms.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is an HttpOnly, Secure cookie and expires after 30 days or when you sign out. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request account deletion by contacting us in the Discord server. Deleted accounts have their data permanently removed within 7 days.

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
