Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By adding Boxy to your server or using any of its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the bot.

2. Use of the Bot

• You must be 13 or older to use Boxy (per Discord's own ToS)
• You agree not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to break Boxy's systems
• Economy exploits, hacking attempts on the bot itself, or botting commands is grounds for a permanent ban
• Boxy is provided as-is — we don't guarantee uptime or availability

3. Economy & Virtual Currency

• All coins and items in Boxy's economy are virtual and have no real-world value
• We reserve the right to reset, modify, or wipe economy data at any time
• Attempting to sell or trade economy items for real money is not permitted

4. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium is billed monthly through Discord's built-in subscription system
• Refunds are handled by Discord's refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify premium perks with reasonable notice
• Abusing the premium system (chargebacks, exploiting perks) may result in a ban with no refund

5. Data

We store economy data, AI conversation memory, and settings per user. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us on the COTOTF server.

6. Termination

We can remove Boxy from your server or ban a user at our discretion, especially for abuse, exploitation, or violations of these terms. No refunds will be issued for bans due to ToS violations.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Boxy after changes means you accept the new terms.
