What We Collect

Economy data — wallet, savings, inventory, streak, transaction history. stored per Discord user ID
AI conversation memory — recent messages between you and Boxy, used to give contextual responses
Channel context — recent messages in channels where Boxy is active, only from users who've previously interacted with Boxy
Settings — timezone, privacy preferences, card customization, reminders
Premium status — subscription tier and expiry, linked to your Discord user ID

We don't collect your email, real name, or any personal info beyond your Discord user ID
We don't sell your data to anyone
We don't log messages from users who have never interacted with Boxy
We don't read DMs unless you DM Boxy directly

You have full control over what Boxy stores about you:

/privacy aimemory off — stop Boxy from saving your AI conversations
/privacy leaderboard off — hide yourself from the leaderboard
/privacy pp off — block others from running /pp on you
/serverprivacy logging off — server admins can disable channel context logging for their server

Economy and settings data is kept as long as you use Boxy
AI memory is capped at a rolling window of recent conversations
You can request full deletion of your data by contacting us on the COTOTF Discord server

Anthropic (Claude API) — AI responses are processed through Anthropic's API. see anthropic.com/privacy
Discord — Boxy operates through Discord's platform. see discord.com/privacy
No other third parties have access to your data
